Meet amp. aka ms snapshot

I got the chance to speak with a very talented lady about her craft and I must say she is great at what she does..lets take her from behind the camera for a few see what's on her mind...so lets began amp its on you...

As a young girl I've always been that annoying friend getting those candid pics at every event. I'm talking 100 plus great active pics. Eventually everyone began to expect them more frequent, that's when I saw the Value of  the trade & began to take it seriously. Photography has run in my family for years though; I must give all credit to my Father "Daddy", Really. Photography was his hobby and thanks to him I have so many memories. I have been able to see so much of the past through still imagery that it created a passion within me to continue that legacy and there is where I fell in love; almost from the beginning.

2nd. How long where you apart of the pms radio team and is that how you meet the ladies?

 
Ive been a part of PMS Radio and their personal photographer since February of 2009 which is when it began. I actually went to high school with the Majority of the ladies including the founder and Manager. The ladies joined not too long after me if not at the same time for some. We came together and formed one hard working Team. I have so much love for my Team.


 
3Rd. what are two things you love taken pictures of  ?

I love taking pictures of The moment; Off guard candid pics and Unusual things. Amplified Things lol
I don't like to take your usual Studio Picture or your pretty pose, I wanna catch Reality in the very second its happening!

Thank you very much, I do enjoy it but not as much as being behind the cameras. I was featured in I believe the June 2003 issue of Teen People and I would've ran with that as a start to a modeling career but at that time that was just not my thing at all. Now its kind of So So, lol I wouldn't mind doing a Magazine again that's for sure! lol

Well I am very thankful to have photography because it provides me with great solitude at times as well as a career. My Camera is my Husband right about now so its definitely one of the things that keeps me sane. Besides photography, MUSIC & WRITING are my forms of therapy and serenity. So majority of the time if I'm chilling, cooking, cleaning, editing or anything MUSIC is always on blast or on some how some way lol. But when I'm not busy I'm defintely bugging out with my friends n family or just chilling dolo, doing me =.D
